WEAK BUY

Trying to develop a very large gas play in Europe. If they are successful in proving up, it could be worth many times more. Highly risky situation.

HOLD

This team is very good. There is quite a bit of risk if they do not have the success they are talking about. That they are successful, they will have to build facilities, defrac, etc. Be cautious.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

The main play is in Hungary. It's very deep basin gas and they have a couple of legendary people running and advising on this. The drilling is showing good possibilities. They have a lot of followers. Would buy on a pullback.

Has formed an amazing base and has now broken out. Has two legs up and will probably have a third leg up which is usually the most powerful.

WATCH

Big frenzy on this name right now. Lots of rumours about prospectivity on wells in Hungary. Caution would be warranted right now. If they can prove up the geological play in Hungary, and they have the management team in place to do that, the numbers could be very big. A risky play right now. Wait and see if they hit and be willing to pay a little bit more.

BUY

Was one of his top picks in Oct/05. This was not an exploration risk, but was at technical risk. They have gas fields that are very deep and very difficult to get at. They have also gone to Hungary. The resource is so big, he felt it was worthwhile as an investment. Feels that it will move higher.

Management involved in this project were involved in Ultra Petroleum (which is a successful gas company) Falcon Oil and Gas Ltd are early in their drilling process and still need to prove what is there. It is a high risk stock but there is a high reward potential. Sprott Asset Management owns a lot of shares, about 10-15% of the company.

WEAK BUY

This is sort of a moon shot. Risky.

WATCH

Management team came from the highly successful Ultra Petroleum (UPL-A) in the US. A huge number of outstanding shares. Currently working on deposits in Hungary, similar to what they worked on successfully in the US. Drilling has started to pick up, so there should be some news shortly.

WAIT

Likes the management team and the job they've done in setting up the company for some high impact exploration. Still very speculative right now. A well run lottery ticket. Would rather wait for a couple of more quarters to see how they come up as a company.

TOP PICK

When you buy a junior in western Canada, you sometimes pay 2 to 3 times net asset value. Feels the asset value on this one is somewhere between $0.50 and $0.70, so you are now buying it at net asset value. They have a chance to drill natural gas wells in January which could be dramatic.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

Has a very good skill set on the team in the US with tight gas. Management is now taking the play to Hungary where they have found a very large play. Will start to drill in November. Should know by the end of the year if they're successful. Management has a significant ownership in the story. Hold or wait for a cool off to be a buyer.

TOP PICK

Natural gas in southern Hungary. At a discount to its asset value. Incredibly cheap. Won't go anywhere for 6 months.
