Model price $37.19, 40% upside. If it’s going to hold it will hold here. Has had a terrible 3 months. Would be more excited at the $20 level.

TOP PICK

State of the art technology and good management team will continue to perform. Very good at M&A in the past. Believes company will exceed earnings expectations. Trading at 10x earnings, which is under valued. "Inflation Reduction Act" money & conflict in Middle East will also help business. Has been buying shares on recent share pullback. Good to own for long term investors.

COMMENT

The chart is rangebound, roughly $70 to $100, now at the top of that range. Give it a few weeks; if it continues to move down, sell.

BUY ON WEAKNESS
Up 5% today in the rally. Has real earnings at a reasonable valuation. Buy on the next pullback.
BUY
Main catalyst is their drive train system. Got a very large order from the Dept of Defense for all-terrain vehicles. Also do fire trucks, aircraft support and construction vehicles. Able to piggyback their expertise into military vehicles. A lot of international orders.
SELL
(Market Call Minute.) Raised their debt load. Housing and their construction sector has fallen off.
PAST TOP PICK
(Past Top Pick Feb 15/07. Down 11.7%.) Still confident. May move it from a strategic investment to a full corporal link (?) but is waiting to see what happens with the election next year as 1/3 of their business is military vehicles. Other side of the business is doing exceptionally well. This is the time of the cycle when refurbishment/buying new vehicles comes into play. Continuing to $cost averaging.
TOP PICK
Specialized trucks and fire engines. Not a full holding for him, but a strategic investment sell only 1/4 to a 1/3 holding. Just made an acquisition and have taken on debt and hopefully in 2-3 years the debt will be paid off. Only take a half position.
