Well run company. Good properties. Silver is playing catch up to gold. Likes silver.

Feels that the gold/silver ratio will trade within a reasonable band so there will be upside with the silver price. Stock dropped because it was overvalued because of a lack of silver companies. This should now participate with the silver prices.

DON'T BUY

Bolivia government just nationalised natural gas and made noises that all natural resources assets should belong to the Bolivian people. This is why the stock dropped.

If you like gold, you should like silver. One of the best run companies. There is a new silver ETF (SLV-A) which will create more interest in the commodity.

TRADE

Pan Am Silver is a silver company. It has one of the largest quantities of silver on a reserve basis. Silver tends to follow the price of gold and oil.

BUY

Very well leveraged to the silver price. Probably has one of the best managers. Positive on the outlook for silver in the short-term, and perhaps even in the longer term.

WAIT

Retesting a low at this time. Good support around the $15 area which should be your stop/loss level. Wait for the stock to break out on the upside.

DON'T BUY

Had a good upward trend, but is starting to show a down trend despite gold and silver going up. Partly to do with the Cdn$ going higher

A pure play on the silver market. Too much interest by the market and it has become overheated.

A kind of poster boy for silver stocks. Always finds it overpriced, but acts as a lever to the price of silver. If you like silver, a good stock to own.

Poor mans gold.
