Put out a press release based on Niko Resources (NKO-T) drilling in Kurdistan. They are at 3,420 meters and are going to 4,200, which will take a couple more months to get there. Have already had about 200 meters of pay, which is pretty good and are now going to the deeper zones. Upside could be billions of barrels. He prefers to own the play through Niko, which gives him a much wider scope of global areas. Too much risk. (See Top Picks)

Own 40% of an elephant project in Kurdistan with potential of hundreds of millions to billions of barrels. Multi-zoned in virgin territory. Partnered with Niko Resources (NKO-T) (See Top Picks). Very speculative. Very expensive wells and take way longer than you think. Still no agreement between Baghdad and Kurds on royalties, etc.

Situation with government in how to share revenues from any oil. Play it through other stocks. There is no infrastructure of getting the oil to market.

This one is a lottery ticket. In Kurdistan where there is a lot of oil but will you get paid for it. If you own and gained, consider taking some profits.

Have a block in Kurdistan. Easy to find oil but the problem is politics. A Norwegian company is in disagreement with the government and won't get paid because of an issue of confidentiality. All Kurdistan plays have come off lately.

This is not the high-risk way to play Kurdistan. She has not seen anyone get paid. Doesn’t like to own stocks where you could wake up in the morning and own nothing.

In Kurdistan with Niko Resources (NKO-T) as their main partner. Niko is talking about drilling in either Q1 or Q2 of 2010. Prefers to play this through Niko or WesternZagros (WZR-X).

Kurdistan play. Have some very good people. Partner and operator is Niko Resources (NKO-T), which has fabulous expertise internationally. Very cheap. Would prefer WesternZagros (WZR-X) that is closer to drilling. Still have to do seismic and interpret it for their Black Mountain play. Could be drilling sometime in 2009.At some point it will be a name that people will be shopping for.

Partnered with Niko (NKO-T) in the Kurdistan play and he likes the story. Very high risk/high reward story. Drilling will probably not occur until later this year or early 2009. Would rather own it through Niko.
