Had to basically retract their feasibility study on the power plant because the BCSC decided that because the power plant was dependent on coal they needed to do a 43101 update on the coal project. This sent the stock lower and it is extremely undervalued now.

Building a 600 MW power plant at the mouth of their coal mine. They have 1.4 billion tons of coal. Their best customer is themselves, which will use 2 million tons of coal a year. In the process of negotiating a power off-take agreement with Mongolia.

Just issued news release announcing feasibility study for a Mongolian power facility right at the mouth of their coal mine. They have their own customer in themselves. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Already lined up the majority of the debt financing. No issue on equity side. Power generation going into production about 2016.
