He still owns this, so today was an exciting day, more so than any earnings report. There were five patents namedm in the lawsuit, but there were 150 allegedly in the infringement. Also, they have sold million of these speakers that will benefit hugely from this court ruling. Google can pay the royalty and it won't hurt their profits, because they are massive. The ruling is a big deal.
