Relatively cheap but has a lot of spending ahead of it with Videotron getting more involved with the wireless business. Valuation is pretty good discount to the break-up value.

The Videotron and Quebecor Media assets were severely undervalued. Videotron is probably the best run cable company in Canada. Trades at 5.5 X EBITDA. Seeing the fastest growth in revenue out of all the cable companies in Quebec. There is room for pricing to go up. The printing side is also starting to turn.

They still own major publications in the Quebec market, but the company hasn’t seemed to be running as well as Since the old Mr. Palidou passed away.
